Our plan is that Lubbock Waters be a state-of-the-art museum located in Lubbock, Texas, for transformative experiences for elementary school children.
Visitors will learn about and experience the joy of water. It will include permanent and temporary exhibits.
Lubbock Waters will also house a think tank for academic research and creative work related to water.
